There are numerous trekking trails in Nepal. All these trekking trails are divided into difficulty levels ranging from easy, moderate, and difficult to strenuous. The comfortable and moderate treks require no previous trekking experience or any physical and technical training. It can be done by anyone who is in good health. The challenging treks do not require any fitness or technical training, but do expect some previous trekking experiences.
